Sean "Diddy" Combs' Prison Release Date Pushed Back One Month After Sentencing

The length of ‘ prison stay has been amended.

The rap mogul, who was in October after being found guilty of two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution earlier this year, is set for release on June 4, 2028, according to Federal Bureau of Prisons records obtained by E! News.

The change in Combs’ confinement means he will spend a little more than a month more behind bars than initially scheduled. The 56-year-old, who recently transferred to the low-security federal correctional institution FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey from Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center, was .

It is not clear why Combs’ release date has been changed. 

E! News has reached out to the music producer’s rep for comment and has not heard back.

Combs’ new release date comes just days after his family denied a report that alleged the “I’ll Be Missing You” artist by being caught with homemade alcohol.
