“It didn’t hurt at all,” Cardi B told host Alex Cooper, explaining that the area was numb due to a previous cosmetic procedure. “I’m not gonna recommend it to people because I had surgery on my butt. People always say my butt is too big, but they don’t know I had surgery to actually reduce it. I basically did a tummy tuck on my ass. So, the top part, the skin, is numb. When I got it pierced, I didn’t feel a thing. Easiest piercing ever!”

But the real jaw-dropper? Cardi spent a whopping $13,000 on the piercing because it featured real diamonds. Unfortunately, her bling didn’t last long.

“I realized I was like, ‘Hold on.’ I was looking around. I checked my pants and my panties, and I was like, ‘Yep. Went down the toilet.’”
