A Buffalo Bills fan was so pumped up about catching a game-used football that he decided to abandon his front-row experience and head straight to the exits.
Josh Allen on Leading the Bills to the Super Bowl, Winning NFL MVP, His Massive Contract, & More
With nobody open on a 1st-and-goal play in the third quarter against the New England Patriots, Josh Allen decided to throw the ball away in the back of the endzone. A lucky fan caught the football and took that as his cue to leave right away.
And the best part? “Sunday Night Football” commentator Mike Tirico delivered some epic play-by-play commentary as the fan made his way out:
We have no idea how much money those tickets in the front row cost, but they clearly weren’t expensive enough for this fan to justify staying. He had to leave the stadium and get that football home as soon as possible.
Then again, the fan might be happy that he left and avoided witnessing the Bills’ stunning 23-20 loss on prime time. The Bills had few answers for Drake Maye, and they inexplicably barely used James Cook, who got just 15 carries.
